Complete the Questionnaire
The custom invitation questionnaire is designed to figure out what exactly you're looking for in your invitation collection. it covers everything from the overall style of your wedding, which we will incorporate into the design of your invitations, to the finishing touches you're looking for.
The Proposal, Contract, and Deposit
After you submit the questionnaire, our designer will review your responses and prepare a custom proposal with pricing and details for each item you inquired for. In the proposal, you will be able to select one item at a time and build it to your order. Your total will automatically be calculated for you right on the proposal, so you know exactly what you'll be spending. Once you've selected all the pieces you'd like to include in your collection, you will be automatically directed to the contract and invoice necessary to book your project. To begin your project, you must submit a 50% non-refundable deposit along with the signed contract. Once both have been submitted, your project will be officially added to the calendar and we will get started!
The first official step in the design process is the design lookbook. this is an activity used to further identify the elements you want to see in your invitation collection. The lookbook will contain elements such as calligraphy styles, font options, graphics, etc. that you will be able to select your favorites from. Your responses will be a guiding element in the creation of the first drafts of your invitation collection.
Proofs + Revisions
After our designer receives your design lookbook back, you will receive your first design proof within 14 days. this is where you will be able to view a digital, but life-like mockup of your collection. You will have the responsibility of signing off on all the elements of the collection - overall design, spelling, details, etc. If there are any changes you would like to see within the collection, you will be able to request revisions. Our studio offers three complimentary revision rounds to ensure your finished pieces are to your upmost liking. Once you approve your proofs, no further changes can be made, so it is very important to check each piece carefully and completely.
Final Payment + Production
Once you have approved your designs, your final balance will be due, prior to beginning the production phase. Once your final payment has been received, your collection will move into the production phase. This is when your designs are sent to be printed, envelopes are addressed, and all finishing touches are added. The production phase can take 2-3 weeks to complete.
Once your collection is completed, your items will be ready for pick up or shipping. We offer free pickup within the 37174 zip code. If you are not local to Spring Hill, TN, we will arrange for your collection to be shipped to you.
